Such a waste…|The location is beautiful…but that’s it. People are nice but the guest experience is nearly inexistant. Forget to clean the room, the main restaurant is very bad (atmosphere, food and service), you need to ask several times …
We stayed at Sirakan villas for 4 days and 3 nights. We were welcomed by music, people dancing, refreshments, a free massage, etc. It was great! Everyone’s hospitality was insane. We were treated like royalties. From the front desk (CK and …
Do not recommend. ||First off, we did not get the villa we had booked. The difference between the pictures from the website was completely different from the villa we received upon arrival. When notified about this issue the staff was not …
We had so much fun here and are genuinely sad to leave!! We will miss the friendly staff and beautiful water and marine life right on our doorstep. We were blessed with 4 days of perfect weather and have the tans (burns?) to prove it 😆 We're on a mission to come back!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Sunlight Eco tourism more than I ever could have imagined. It was actually hard to leave the island we were so well cared for by the staff. I believe there was a ratio of 3 staff to each guest. We felt like …
It was a pleasant stay at our sirakan villas for 4 nights. When we arrive early in the morning, the local dancers gave us a warm welcome. At first, we are dissappointed for our breakfast because its already 9:30am they said the last call is …
Rooms are nicely located around the shoreline with breathtaking views. While you can not just jump in to the water to swim. You still have to go to a designated area not really near the cottages. Place is big and quiet and clean.
Food is great at the buffet. However, they have strict room service policy only if there are few guests your food is serve at your room only, not in the bar not allowed in any small restaurants around, doesn’t matter has far is your room, food must be served at your room and it will take hours to request for 1thing they forgot to bring it to your room.
The location is absolutely beautiful and the snorkeling on both beaches was great!
The resort, however, is terribly mismanaged. No staff knows the answers to your questions and will tell you something completely different from the person before. We were told very last minute that our restaurant reservations were cancelled because all restaurants were closed for a Chinese new year buffet that required 2500 php a person. The staff seem very unhappy which makes me feel bad for them (likely a reflection of poor management). The over water bar has no refrigeration so you can’t actually get cold beer there.
They seem to be very focused on building and expanding but they clearly need to go back to the basics and improve general service and communication.
Very nice and relaxing place. What made this place special is the staff. They are very hospitable and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay here. I hope I can come back in the future.
SETIR tries its best to tout luxury for their guests but falls short by a mile in communication, reservations, and execution of their Salepan Villas.||The only thing we liked about SETIR was the beautiful landscape, the view of the Salepan …
